Abstract

Sistem informasi memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional, termasuk di industri penerbangan. Saat ini, Lion Air masih mengelola data status grounded awak kabin secara manual, yang menyebabkan informasi sulit dipantau secara cepat dan akurat. Permasalahan ini berdampak pada efektivitas kerja serta pengambilan keputusan yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data status grounded awak kabin.
Metode analisin yang digunakan adalah PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy. Control, Efficiency, and Service) untuk mengidentifikası permasalahan darı berbagai aspek operasional. Sedangkan metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah prototyping, yang rmemungkinkan sistem dikembangkan secara bertahap dengan melibatkan masukan langsung dari pengguna. Melalui pendekatan ini, sistem dapat disesuaikan dengan digunakan mudah operasional Lebutuhan dan menjadi Ichih
Haad dati penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi berbaus web yang mampo menyzukan dati secara real-time serta mendukung proses kerja yang lebih efisien tersiraktor dan akura
