Abstract

Percetakan Multi Indah Tangerang mengalami kesulitan dalam memantau status pesanan secara efisien dan tepat waktu. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dikembangkan sebuah sistem informasi monitoring order menggunakan metode prototype dan framework Laravel.
Metode prototype dipilih untuk memungkinkan pengembangan sistem yang iteratif dan kolaboratif, sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik pengguna. Sistem ini mencakup fitur untuk melacak status pesanan, mengelola data pelanggan, dan menghasilkan laporan secara real-time.
Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memberikan informasi yang lebih akurat serta up-to-date mengenai status pesanan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan sistem ini dapat membantu Percetakan Multi Indah Tangerang dalam meningkatkan layanan pelanggan dan pengelolaan pesanan.
