Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi ekstrakurikuler berbasis web di SMK
Muhammadiyah 1 untuk mengatasi permasalahan pencatatan manual yang menyebabkan
keterlambatan, kesalahan data, dan kurangnya transparansi. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan dengan
metode PIECES, sementara perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan User-Centered Design
(UCD) yang melibatkan pengguna secara langsung. Sistem dikembangkan dengan PHP dan
MySQL, serta diuji oleh pengguna. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi, kecepatan
pendaftaran, kemudahan pengelolaan data, dan akses informasi yang lebih baik.
