Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini dalah membuat aplikasi perizinan mutasi karyawan, penyimpanan data, dan pemberitahuan informasi mengenai mutasi karyawan mechanical engineering di PT.United Can Co Ltd berbasis web. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan metode studi kasus (Case Study) kualitatif .Sedangkan Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem adalah UML (Unified Modeling Language) dan SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Model Waterfall untuk pengembangan sistem. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian , Sistem mutasi karyawan mechanical engineering PT United Can Co Ltd berbasis web telah mampu mengatasi permasalahan pada departemen mechanical engineering di PT United Can Co Ltd.
