Abstract

Mengelola forklift merupakan aspek krusial dalam mengelola penyimpanan
dan distribusi barang agar operasional perusahaan berjalan secara efisien. Sistem
pergudangan yang terorganisir dengan baik dapat meningkatkan efektivitas
pemantauan dan pengelolaan aset, termasuk forklift, yang memiliki peran penting
dalam operasional gudang. Untuk itu, diperlukan sistem informasi yang mampu
mengoptimalkan pemantauan dan pengelolaan forklift guna meningkatkan efisiensi
kerja, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem mengelola forklift di PT.
GAJAH TUNGGAL Tbk, khususnya dalam penerapan Sistem Informasi
Monitoring Forklift. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mengacu pada model
Prototype, yang melibatkan tahapan perencanaan, perancangan prototipe, evaluasi,
pengembangan, serta implementasi, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
penerapan sistem informasi monitoring forklift di PT. GAJAH TUNGGAL Tbk
telah mendukung pengelolaan gudang secara optimal. Dari perspektif sumber daya
manusia, karyawan telah mampu mengoperasikan sistem sesuai standar yang
ditetapkan. Sementara itu, dari aspek operasional, sistem ini telah membantu
meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam mengelola forklift, sehingga
mendukung kelancaran distribusi dan penggunaan aset di gudang.
