Abstract

Persaingan bisnis semakin kuat. Dimana para toko laundry sepatu yang lain sudah memulai pemesanan dengan cara online, mengakibatkan daya saing toko laundry arah shoes and repaint melemah sehingga mempengaruhi pendapatan menurun. Dalam hal ini, sistem yang dibutuhkan pada laundry sepatu Arah Shoes and Repaint adalah Sistem pemesanan berbasis website. Tujuan dari pembuatan sistem ini dapat membantu mempercepat dan mempermudah pemesanan dan juga pencatatan pesanan sehingga bisnis ini berkembang dan memperluas bisnis. Dalam perancangan ini, penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi serta wawancara kepada Rully Nur Faqih selaku pemilik toko Arah Shoes and Repaint. Penulis juga menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Dari analisis tersebut, pelayanan membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang memudahkan proses pemesanan dan pencatatan. Perancangan dan pembuatan sistem informasi pemesanan dan pencatatan ini bisa dikembangan menjadi sistem berbasis teknologi informasi.
