Abstract

E-Procurement Sarana yang terstruktur dan transparan sangat penting untuk
mendukung proses belajar-mengajar di sekolah. Namun, SD Negeri Caringin 1
masih mengalami kendala dalam pencatatan transaksi pengadaan yang dilakukan
secara manual, seperti kehilangan bukti transaksi, kurangnya transparansi, serta
proses yang memakan waktu dan tenaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang
sistem informasi pengadaan sarana pendidikan berbasis website dengan metode
PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service), yaitu
untuk mempercepat proses pengadaan, Agar data lebih akurat, menghemat biaya
operasional, meningkatkan transparansi, memudahan penggunaan, agar pengguna
dapat mengakses sistem dengan lebih mudah. Perancangan sistem dilakukan
menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) serta dibantu dengan tools
Visual Paradigm dan Balsamiq Wireframes. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat
membantu SD Negeri Caringin 1 dalam mengelola pengadaan sarana pendidikan
dengan lebih terorganisir, cepat, dan aman. Sistem berbasis website ini akan
mempermudah pencatatan transaksi, mengurangi risiko kehilangan data, serta
mendukung pengelolaan keuangan sekolah yang lebih baik.
