Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah Sistem Informasi untuk PT. Pujangga Mandiri Trans, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam aktivitas penyewaan dan sewa guna usaha tanpa hak opsi mobil,bus,truk dan kendaraan serupa. Saat ini, perusahaan masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola bisnisnya secara manual. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, studi ini mengeksplorasi secara mendalam proses bisnis dan kebutuhan internal perusahaan. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan di PT. Pujangga Mandiri Trans, serta dengan mempertimbangkan konteks sosial dan budaya perusahaan, serta memperhatikan interkasi antara berbagai elemen dalam sistem organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyoroti tantangan dan kebutuhan spesifik perusahaan dalam mengadopsi sistem informasi. Selain itu, temuan ini juga memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang bagaimana implementasi sistem inftomasi dapat mengubah dinamika organisasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi serta efektivitas operasional.
