Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang pesat dapat mempermudah jalannya bisnis, termasuk di industri food and beverage. Daun Coffee & Bristo yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Tangerang menghadapi beberapa masalah pada sistem pemesanan yang sedang berjalan, seperti kesalahan pencatatan pesanan dan tidak adanya tempat pencadangan untuk laporan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pemesanan berbasis web menggunakan metode analisis SWOT dan model pengembangan Rapid Application Development (RAD).
Dalam tahap perancangan, digunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), dan implementasi sistem dilakukan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP menggunakan framework Laravel. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pemesanan yang dikembangkan mampu mengatasi masalah pencatatan pesanan, menyediakan media penyimpanan yang sistematis, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan sistem ini, proses pemesanan di Daun Coffee & Bristo menjadi lebih efektif, akurat, dan terstruktur.
