Abstract

Di era digital, teknologi informasi memainkan peran penting dalam dunia bisnis, termasuk dalam manajemen order. PT. Indonesia Stanley Electric menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam manajemen order tradisional, seperti kesalahan pencatatan dan inefisiensi proses.
Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen order berbasis web menggunakan metode analisis Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers (SIPOC) dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML), meliputi use case, activity diagram, dan high-level sequence diagram. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel, serta diuji menggunakan metode black box testing.
