Abstract

Penerapan teknologi pada masa sekarang semakin meningkat pesat. Saat ini, teknologi sudah diterapkan hampir di seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, tidak terkecuali di bidang bisnis.
Salah satu contoh penerapan teknologi di bidang bisnis adalah penggunaan teknologi pengenalan wajah pada proses absensi pegawai. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam laporan ini adalah wawancara dan studi pustaka, guna meneliti proses absensi pada PT Wellmagic Media Digital yang masih dilakukan secara manual tanpa menggunakan sistem informasi.
Metode pengembangan Agile digunakan untuk memudahkan kolaborasi dengan pihak PT Wellmagic Media Digital sehingga sistem dapat dirancang dan dikembangkan dengan baik.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan sistem absensi pegawai dengan metode face recognition berbasis Android menggunakan Kotlin, Google ML Kit, dan TensorFlow Lite yang dapat meminimalkan kemungkinan kecurangan pada proses absensi, serta memudahkan proses rekapitulasi data absensi.
