Abstract
Sistem donasi berbasis web dirancang untuk mendukung Yayasan Al Hayah dalam
memperluas relasi dengan para donatur serta meningkatkan transparansi dalam
pengelolaan dana dan buku donasi. Dengan pendekatan berbasis microservices,
sistem ini memungkinkan pengelolaan data donatur yang lebih efisien, pencatatan
transaksi donasi yang terorganisir, serta integrasi pembayaran online untuk
mempermudah proses donasi. Fitur utama yang diimplementasikan meliputi
manajemen dana dan buku berbasis microservices, pengelolaan profil donatur,
pelaporan donasi secara real-time, serta penyampaian informasi mengenai program
sosial yayasan. Sistem ini juga menyediakan berbagai metode pembayaran,
mempercepat proses verifikasi transaksi, dan menghasilkan laporan transparan
guna meningkatkan akuntabilitas yayasan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini
dilakukan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi lapangan. Perancangan
sistem disajikan menggunakan notasi Unified Modeling Language (UML). Dengan
memanfaatkan teknologi web modern dan arsitektur microservices, sistem
perancangan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan donatur, memperluas
jaringan relasi, serta mendukung keberlanjutan program sosial yang dilaksanakan
oleh Yayasan Al Hayah.
