Abstract

PT Karya Catur Perkasa menghadapi kendala operasional dalam
pengelolaan data proyek konstruksi jalan akibat proses pencatatan laporan harian
dan penggunaan material yang masih kovensinal. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan
kesalahan input, keterlambatan pelaporan, serta kesulitan manajemen dalam
memantau stok material dan progres proyek secara real-time. Penelitian ini
bertujuan membangun sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk mengatasi masalah
tersebut. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Rapid Application
Development (RAD) dengan pendekatan analisis PIECES untuk mengidentifikasi
kebutuhan. Perancangan sistem dimodelkan menggunakan UML, dikembangkan
dengan framework Laravel dan MySQL, serta diuji fungsionalitasnya
menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem
informasi berbasis web yang memfasilitasi pelaporan harian, verifikasi data, dan
pengelolaan material secara digital. Implementasi sistem terbukti meningkatkan
akurasi data, mempercepat alur pelaporan, dan mendukung efektivitas monitoring
proyek bagi manajemen.
