Abstract

Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem monitoring karyawan dapat dengan mudah mengakses data untuk mengevaluasi kinerja individu dan tim, serta mengidentifikasi area di mana perbaikan diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel dalam tahap pengembangan sistem berbasis database dan web.
Metode PIECES digunakan dengan variabel pada tahapan akhir pengembangan, dan sistem yang dihasilkan diuji menggunakan metode pengujian black box. Sistem yang dihasilkan juga menghasilkan laporan dalam bentuk dashboard (grafik) yang dapat mempermudah manajemen dalam melakukan analisis laporan hasil monitoring karyawan di PT Karunia Perdana Putra.
