Abstract

Sistem reservasi ruangan rapat yang masih dilakukan secara manual di Komnas
HAM RI menyebabkan sejumlah kendala seperti tumpang tindih jadwal, kurangnya
informasi ketersediaan ruangan secara real-time, serta ketiadaan fitur manajemen
jadwal dan pengingat otomatis. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian
ini menggunakan analisis PIECES untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem, serta
bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem reservasi ruangan rapat
berbasis web menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD).
Sistem ini menyediakan fitur-fitur utama seperti pengajuan akun, reservasi mandiri,
pengelolaan reservasi oleh admin, tampilan kalender jadwal, serta pengiriman
notifikasi otomatis. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box menunjukkan
bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai kebutuhan. Penelitian
ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi koordinasi internal dan
profesionalisme kerja di lingkungan Komnas HAM RI.
