Abstract

Klinik Fendi Dental masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan jadwal
dan rekam medis pasien, sehingga sering terjadi kehilangan dokumen dan kurang
efisien dalam pemantauan jadwal perawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang
aplikasi web yang membantu staf klinik dalam mengelola jadwal perawatan pasien
secara digital dan terintegrasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode PIECES
untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem, sedangkan pengembangan menggunakan
metode Extreme Programming (XP). Hasilnya adalah aplikasi web yang
meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan
memudahkan pencarian data pasien.
