Abstract

Pemilik usaha coffee shop sering kali dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam menentukan menu kopi terbaik yang dapat disarankan kepada pelanggar, terutama ketika pilihan menu sangat beragam dan tidak ada dasar penilaian yang terstruktur Penelitian ini merancang sistem pendakang keputusan berbasis website menggunakan metode MOORA untuk membantu owner Tasty Patisserie Coffeeshop & Dessert dalam menyusun rekomendasi menu kopi secara objektif dan etisien. Dengan lima kriteria utama yaitu jenis, rasa, harga, waktu penyajian, dan sabu sistem ini menghasilkan perangkingan menu yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan pendekatan RAD dan diimplementasikan menggunakan React JS, PHP, dan Tailwind CSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik dan mampu menjadi solusi nyata yang mendakang operasional dan pengambilan keputusan bisnis secara sistematis
