Abstract

Puskesmas memiliki peranan penting dalam memberikan pelayanan
kesehatan. Namun, seringkali data rekam medis pasien disimpan secara manual
atau dalam sistem yang kurang terintegrasi, sehingga meyulitkan pencarian riwayat
penyakit pasien secara cepat dan akurat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem historical penyakit pada pasien di
Puskesmas Kelapa Dua agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan
penelitian ini mencakup analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan basis data, serta
prototype sistem berbasis web yang dapat digunakan tenaga medis untuk
mengakses data pasien dengan lebih mudah. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan
proses pencatatan dan pencarian data riwayat penyakit pasien dapat dilakukan
dengan lebih cepat, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas
Kelapa Dua.
