Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, terutama internet, telah berdampak signifikan pada bisnis dan pemasaran. PT. Global Partner Property, sebagai pengembang perumahan di Yogyakarta, masih mengandalkan sistem pemesanan manual yang kurang efisien.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pemasaran dan pemesanan berbasis web yang terintegrasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan jangkauan pemasaran. Menggunakan metode Unified Requirement Specification (URS), penelitian ini berfokus pada pemesanan, pembayaran uang muka, monitoring, dan pengelolaan laporan.
Metode Unified Modeling Language (UML) diterapkan dalam analisis dan perancangan sistem, sementara framework CodeIgniter dan database MySQL digunakan untuk pengembangan guna memastikan keandalan dan skalabilitas.
Sistem baru ini mempermudah proses pemesanan, mempercepat waktu pemrosesan, dan mengintegrasikan berbagai fungsi bisnis, sehingga menyediakan informasi yang lebih akurat, mudah diakses, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat berdampak positif pada daya saing dan tujuan bisnis PT. Global Partner Property di era digital.
