Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong banyak sektor,
termasuk industri jasa otomotif, untuk beralih dari sistem manual ke sistem
berbasis digital. Bengkel Krisna Garage yang berlokasi di Tangerang masih
menggunakan metode pencatatan manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan,
kehilangan data, dan keterlambatan dalam penyusunan laporan. Penelitian
ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi
manajemen bengkel berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel guna
mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode pengembangan sistem yang
digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang
memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara cepat dengan melibatkan
pengguna secara langsung. Sistem yang dibangun mencakup fitur
pengelolaan data pelanggan, kendaraan, layanan servis, suku cadang,
transaksi, hingga laporan. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode
Blackbox Testing untuk memastikan setiap fitur berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan
pengguna. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang
dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data,
mempercepat proses pencatatan dan pelaporan, serta meminimalkan
kesalahan administrasi di lingkungan operasional Bengkel Krisna Garage.
