Abstract

Sistem penjadwalan otomatis dirancang untuk menggantikan proses manual yang
digunakan oleh lembaga bimbingan belajar AlphaPro dalam menyusun jadwal sesi
bimbingan. Jadwal sebelumnya disusun menggunakan Excel, yang sering
menyebabkan bentrok waktu, ketidakefisienan, dan kesalahan input data. Analisis
kebutuhan dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara, serta dianalisis
menggunakan metode SWOT untuk memahami kondisi sistem yang berjalan.
Pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall, yang terdiri dari
tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem yang dibangun
mampu menghasilkan jadwal secara otomatis berdasarkan ketersediaan tentor,
ruang kelas, serta jumlah sesi per mata pelajaran, dan memberikan notifikasi bila
terjadi konflik jadwal. Selain itu, sistem juga secara otomatis menghitung fee tentor
berdasarkan jumlah sesi yang telah diselesaikan, sehingga meningkatkan
transparansi dan efisiensi dalam administrasi pembayaran. Hasil implementasi
menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses penjadwalan serta
perhitungan honor tentor.
