Abstract

Pencatatan manual di Pusat Layanan Fisioterapi Korea Healthcare saat ini
menyebabkan redundansi data, risiko kehilangan arsip, serta ketidakefisienan
dalam pengelolaan riwayat tindakan pasien yang menyulitkan penelusuran medis
berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang bangun sistem informasi berbasis
web untuk mendigitalisasi operasional klinik menggunakan metode Rapid
Application Development (RAD). Sistem dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman
PHP, framework Laravel, dan basis data MySQL, menawarkan solusi berupa
manajemen data pasien terpusat serta fitur unggulan rekam terapi digital yang
mencatat riwayat diagnosis, tindakan, dan catatan perkembangan pasien secara
terstruktur. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing membuktikan bahwa seluruh fungsi
sistem berjalan sesuai rancangan dan mampu menangani penyimpanan data medis
secara akurat. Kesimpulannya, hasil rancang bangun sistem ini berhasil
meningkatkan efisiensi waktu pencarian data, menjamin ketepatan dokumentasi
tindakan,
