Abstract
PT Mitindo Global Jaya merupakan perusahaan di bidang produksi makanan yang dalam
pengelolaan keluar masuk bahan baku masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berpotensi
menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan informasi, dan ketidaksesuaian data stok.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem aplikasi keluar masuk bahan
baku makanan berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan.
Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Prototype , dengan tahapan analisis
kebutuhan, pembuatan prototype, evaluasi oleh pengguna, dan penyempurnaan sistem. Metode
pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, sedangkan
perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) . Sistem dibangun
menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP , database MySQL , serta framework Bootstrap .
Hasil penelitian berupa sistem aplikasi berbasis web yang mampu mengelola data keluar masuk
bahan baku makanan secara real-time , menghasilkan laporan persediaan secara otomatis, serta
mempermudah proses pemantauan stok oleh bagian gudang. Pengujian sistem dilakukan
menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing dan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem
berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.
