Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi manajemen cuti, absensi, dan penggajian berbasis web, di mana PT Chinli Plastic Technology Indonesia masih menggunakan sistem manual. Dalam sistem aplikasi ini, penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka.
Sedangkan metode analisis dalam skripsi ini menggunakan metode analisis URS (User Requirement Specification), dan metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan yaitu UML (Unified Modeling Language). Adapun metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan RAD (Rapid Application Development), serta metode pengujian sistem menggunakan black box testing.
Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk manajemen cuti, absensi, dan penggajian. Dengan adanya sistem aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah pihak-pihak yang terkait.
