Abstract

Penggunaan sistem pengelolaan aset pada perusahaan sangat dibutuhkan dalam
pengolahan data aset dan memudahkan pelaporan data aset yang tersedia. Masih
digunakannya sistem pengelolaan aset secara komputerisasi sederhana masih
menimbulkan kendala sulitnya mencari data asset karena masih berupa hardcopy
dan disimpan dalam file spreadsheet, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup
lama. Belum adanya sistem informasi yang mendukung laporan History
perpindahan asset, dan Audit asset. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka
dirancang sebuah aplikasi sistem pengelolaan asset sebagai alternatif solusi untuk
memecahkan permasalahan – permasalahan yang dihadapi PT. Bank DBS
Indonesia dengan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web. Metode pengumpulan data
menggunakan metode penelitian observasi, dan wawancara. Dalam perancangan
sistem yang diusulkan dipresentasikan melalui notasi Unifiled Modeling Language
(UML). Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini di harapkan dapat membantu PT. Bank DBS
Indonesia dalam menjalankan kegiatan pengelolaan aset sehingga kegiatan
pengelolaan aset pada perusahaan dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.
