Abstract

Pemilihan dosen terbaik di Prodi Teknik Informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah
Tangerang diadakan oleh Kaprodi Teknik Informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah
Tangerang. Kaprodi Teknik Informatika akan memilih kandidat dosen yang cocok
dijadikan dosen terbaik. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pemilihan dosen terbaik
adalah kriteria karya tridarma, yaitu pendidikan, penelitian, pengabdian masyarakat
dan penunjang. Dengan adanya pemilihan dosen tersebut, maka dibutuhkan suatu
aplikasi yang dapat membantu dalam proses pemilihan dosen terbaik tersebut.
Sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan dosen terbaik ini menggunakan
metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang dilakukan dengan membuat nilai
matriks perbandingan berpasangan untuk masing-masing kriteria. Nilai dari matriks
perbandingan berpasangan hasilnya harus konsisten. Data penilaian dosen akan
dihitung dengan nilai matriks berpasangan dan hasil dari perhitungan tersebut
akan muncul berbentuk rating nilai. Rating nilai dosen yang tertinggi, berhak untuk
menjadi dosen terbaik di Prodi Teknik Informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah
Tangerang.
