Abstract

Bengkel Ghany mobil adalah salah satu bidang usaha yang bergerak di bidang
service kendaraan yang melayani pelanggan masih menggunakan pencatatan
manual. Seperti laporan penjualan, Data sparepart dan transaksi Berdasarkan hal
tersebut, penulis membuat aplikasi sistem informasi pelayanan jasa service Mobil
berbasis web, Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna secara dengan cepat
memahami cara penggunaan sistem terkomputerisasi untuk mendukung proses
pelayanan jasa service. Metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam
perancangan sistem ini menggunakan model unified modeling language (UML),
serta sistem ini mendukung pengolahan data sparepart, data customer, Data
service, transaksi hingga menampilkan laporan. Dengan sistem informasi
pelayanan yang dibuat rancangan aplikasi ini bertujuan agar proses perancangan
dan hasil akhir aplikasi dapat digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan bengkel.
