Abstract

Dalam pengolahan data Pemesanan Jasa Terjemahan masih dilakukan
dengan cara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam proses
perekapan data permintaan jasa terjemahan dan sulitnya memproses pesanan
dari platform yang berbeda, sering terjadinya kehilangan ataupun kerusakan
berkas yang tersimpan dalam arsip, kekeliruan data juga sering terjadi
dikarenakan staff yang tidak teliti dalam memasukkan berkas. Penelitian ini
bertujuan memfasilitasi staff untuk mengelola data permintaan jasa terjemahan
dengan baik. Program ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Analisa PIECES,
metode pengembangan sistem Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
dengan model Rapid Application Development (RAD). Pembangunan program
ini berupa Website yang dapat diakses secara online oleh seluruh staff CV
Samudera Biru Nusantara. Program ini dibangun menggunakan Framework
Laravel.
