Abstract

PT Pardic Jaya Chemicals merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi
resin sintetis, PT Pardic Jaya Chemicals khususnya departemen Produksi belum
pernah melakukan perhitungan beban kerja sehingga intensitas pekerjaan dengan
kebutuhan pekerja belum diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur beban
kerja terhadap kebutuhan pekerja menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent. Dari
hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai FTE yang didapatkan sejumlah 18.6 dari total 12
karyawan hal ini dikategorikan dalam pekerjaan overload dengan rata-rata nilai
1.55. dari nilai FTE 18.6, pekerja optimal yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 16 orang atau
penambahan 4 orang sehingga nilai FTE menjadi 1.16 dan beban kerja menjadi Fit.
