Abstract

Proses produksi memerlukan Sparepart untuk meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan perawatan
mesin. Sparepart adalah komponen pendukung mesin utama. Untuk menerapkan sistem
manajemen informasi Sparepart di PT. Pandaria Makmur, peneliti menggunakan metode
prototype untuk menilai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman pada sistem yang ada.
Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memberikan data persediaan dan laporan
Sparepart secara real-time, menjadikannya alat yang efektif dalam proses pendataan dan
pelaporan Sparepart di PT. Pandaria Makmur. Meski manajemen Sparepart berjalan dengan
baik, proses manual yang digunakan masih kurang efisien dan sering menyebabkan perbedaan
antara data fisik dan catatan Sparepart. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan sistem manajemen
Sparepart yang terkomputerisasi dengan menggunakan metode analisis prototype untuk
mengurangi perbedaan data dan mempercepat pengecekan serta pelaporan. Perancangan sistem
ini telah dilakukan dan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan lebih lanjut. Diharapkan sistem ini
bisa terus dikembangkan menjadi lebih terpadu untuk mencegah kehilangan data dan
mengelola data yang lebih besar di masa depan.
