Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media audiovisual
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterampilan menyimak dongeng siswa kelas III
SD Negeri Sindangsari III. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t pada akhir
pembelajaran (posttest) pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen diperoleh thitung
= 8,383 dengan taraf signifikansi 95% (∞ = 0,05) diperoleh ttabel = 1,988 karena
8,383 > 1,988 (thitung > ttabel) maka Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian pada akhir
pembelajaran terdapat perbedaan keterampilan menyimak dongeng siswa antara
kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Dengan demikian berdasakan hasil penelitian
yang telah dilakukan bahwa media audiovisual berpengaruh dan meningkatkan
keterampilan menyimak dongeng siswa. Penerapannya dalam kelas dapat membuat
siswa berperan secara aktif dan kreatif.
